Enterprise Fiber Support Summary
Enterprise services are supported by detailed service level agreements (SLAs) that are incorporated into contracts, covering the following:
- Dedicated in-network connection speeds
- Monthly average of 99% service availability guarantee
- Monthly average of 99% packet delivery guarantee
- Monthly average not to exceed 75 milliseconds latency guarantee
- Monthly average not to exceed 5 milliseconds jitter guarantee
- Maintenance notice of 24 hours and window between 12pm and 6am
- Mean-time-to-respond (MTTR) of four hours for outages (including nights and weekends)
